We are Fusion String Ensemble!

Fusion String Ensemble was founded in 2007 by a group of musician friends interested in performing classical music alongside an array of different genres of music. Since then, we have shared works of Bach, Beethoven, Holst, Mozart, Shostakovich, Huey Lewis and the News, Billy Joel, Radiohead, Snarky Puppy, Dropkick Murphys and themes from "Game of Thrones" and "Downton Abbey".

We have performed in Symphony Hall Boston, Montreal, Washington D.C., Chicago and New York City. Fusion String Ensemble played the National Anthem at LaLacheur Park, home of the Boston Red Sox Short Season Single A Affiliate, the Lowell Spinners.

John W. Sears Memorial Service on Thursday, December 18th

We are saddened by the loss John Sears, who was the Managing Director of the Board of Trustees for Christ's Church Longwood, our home performance venue. Mr. Sears believed in us, attended a good number of our performances and became our first ever donor. Thank you and you will be dearly missed.

On Thursday, December 18th, we will be performing at John W. Sears' Memorial Service at Christ's Church Longwood in Brookline. We look forward to paying tribute to a dear friend of Fusion String Ensemble. This event is open to the public.
